LOCATION/SITE This small building (42 square meters + 30 square meter terrace) is located at the very heart of the old nucleus of the town of Hvar (pedestrian zone), just below the top of the hill that overlooks the harbour (the quarter is named Pod Glavicu, meaning Below the Hill). Such a position of the house, along with its isolation (in a dead-end passage) from an already pedestrian street and its specific “L” shape layout ensure the tenants an absolute visual shelter and tranquillity in an already calm neighbourhood. |

  The street in question climbs up from the middle of the central sea front line, half a distance from the night club Carpe Diem and the main town square, where the boat from Split docks. This is just to give you an idea of where we are, as you’ll be picked up on the dock on your arrival.You will certainly find this location more convenient than east or west most ones in town.  The spacious terrace in the shade of the wine branches gives a splendid view over the harbour of Hvar below and the fortress dating from the Republic of Venice times on the higher hill to the right (i.e. north-west).
